
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposit:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit.
Cancellations & No-Shows:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment or failure to attend will forfeit the deposit.

“No-shows” may be required to pay the full service amount before rebooking future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling at the discretion of your artist, and your deposit may be forfeited.

This policy ensures that all clients have fair access to appointment times and helps cover time and preparation costs for your reserved session.
